YOUR POWER WITHIN.

"Know Thyself" — is an ancient maxim that is an imperative for anyone entering the championship game of life. And that means you — someone who is departing from a crowd reacting to life, one who is embracing a journey of self-awareness, transformation into a free individual powerful to shape your own reality. The most important question that you need to answer is WHO ARE YOU?.

You are not your body. Decide to think about something and search for that which is doing the thinking. That which chooses the thinking is you. You can search for it and you won't find it as its nature is not physical. It is your mind, not detectable by scientific instruments, but is accessible to you only.

That governs your life through what you decide to believe in. By becoming an individual, you will become aware that your life is not predestined and beyond your control. Your mind governs it through a reality shaping mechanism — your beliefs. It is important to know this before moving into visualization practice.

You might be averse to walking on fire, but under hypnosis you will be doing just fine — to demonstrate the power of beliefs shaping our experience of the flow of life — our reality. To demonstrate it do some self-examination and be honest. What are your utmost beliefs about life?

What do you expect out of life in the next near future? What you anticipate is shaping your reality with precision of a computer as you read this. Out of infinite possibilities for experience, your mind chooses only that which in agreement to its program — its beliefs.

We all believe in something, even if that belief is simply something is not possible. Belief influences your mind to make it factual. If your belief is negative, negative results will become manifest as your mind does not discriminate between moral judgments. You have a choice to believe whatever you wish and your mind not having a moral point of view simply works to make true all that it believes.

When a thought is sustained over time, it becomes true for you, because subconscious mind does not know the difference between "fact" and "implied fact". You can look at he obvious and believe what you see, but because of the power of subconscious mind, you can choose not believe in the obvious and choose different belief structure.

It is true because not believing in one set of facts implies believing in another. Non-belief can only exist in contrast against something that you believe is true. And visualization practice is more effective once the mechanism of it is understood.

Visualization practice rests on assumption that you have ability to change your beliefs and the sequence by which beliefs are accepted by your subconscious mind. Hypnotism provides excellent insight into this mechanism. It has been demonstrated that once a subject is willing to accept hypnotic suggestion, he will experience suggestions as true experience.

For instance he will be suggested to be transported to Antarctica. A hypnotist will not observe any change in the environment and surroundings of the subject, while the subject will perceive Arctic conditions and a landscape paired with bitter temperatures — he will shiver and freeze.

A hypnotist bypasses the conscious mind to deal with the subconscious. Visualization practice uses same principle, but uses relaxation to calm frenetic conscious mind and keeps the barriers down it would use to frame its reality.

To be effective at visualization practice, it is imperative to learn to ignore inert facts and to adapt new thinking based on absolute truth that facts can be changed. Your subconscious mind can frame appearances certain way as to conform to your beliefs.

That implies that facts can be created and therefore can be changed. The reality is not cast in stone and is in a state of probability. As you believe, you perceive the facts as unchangeable based on your belief. It is time to become active in your reality shaping process and begin to use visualization practice.

"...when your understanding grasps the power to visualize your heart's desire and hold it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of that picture by the harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction. You realize that since Order is Heaven's first law, and visualization places things in their natural order, then it must be a heavenly thing to visualize".
Genevieve Behrend.

Consider that nothing happens in this world until someone is convinced that certain idea is possible. In order for them to do that, they have to believe that this could be done regardless of what "facts" others choose to believe. Facts often reflect beliefs, and once a belief is changed, the facts will be changed also.

Visualization practice implies using your imagination. You may be well familiar with daydreaming, which is a flow of images by free association without consistent intention. Visualization practice is all about controlling your power of imagination. It is a flow of images generated deliberately with a purpose. Used consistently with intention of experience, it is not ignored by the subconscious mind.

Visualization Practice For Your Life Vision

Subconscious mind responds to intention generated by power of thought, feeling and imagination. First in visualization practice you must know exactly what you want. You absolutely must think about your intention carefully and come to a conclusion.

The reason that many people give up visualization practice is that they don't know what they want. And it is the most difficult step in the work of mind — to decide what to imagine deliberately. In other words it implies taking responsibility and authorship of one's life. It could be done easily when you are congruent with your heart's desire.

When creating your intention, keep in mind awareness of who you are and do not allow yourself to be affected by apparent evidence of temporary difficulties. Your subconscious mind only recognizes obstacles or difficulties if you tell it that they exist and accept them into your conceptual reality, otherwise it will it treats them as a part of totality and not identified. Keep your thinking positive and results will soon begin reflecting that.

Your creative visualization crystalizes once you hold on to your intended thought regardless of circumstances. When doubts creep up, realize that they are not true unless you conceptualize them and let them become true.

It is invisible but real work, you have to persist to succeed. To speed up results, construct a picture in your mind of the exact thing you are intending to achieve and think about it as though it were true. Remember that your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what you observe with your eyes or what you imagine to be true.

To succeed in visualization practice you must persist and not give up until you have a good reason (if your intention is harmful to yourself and others, or it takes away freedom of choice from others).

Otherwise you must train your mind the same way athletes train their bodies to excel. Your mind needs more training not by strain, but by firm persistent guidance and focus. Discover how visualization practice is a part of a larger co-creation approach to life.

Use travel process of being removed from familiar "facts" of life to your advantage by engaging vigorously, with persistent precision of visualization practice to create your most positive reality.
